Loop Stages

- Estimate: Refine the Digital Twin's parameters with new data.
- Simulate: Project future scenarios based on forecasts.
- Evaluate: Score different control strategies against comfort and energy goals.
- Decide: Select the optimal action or advice.
- Observe: Monitor the real-world outcome of the decision.
